Data Deletion

ClientDeck, operated by Fusion Marketing. Last updated 28 October 2026.

You can remove your data from ClientDeck at any time. Here is how, depending on what you want to remove.

Disconnect a connected account

If you connected a Meta or Google account, open Integrations in ClientDeck and choose Disconnect on that account. This immediately removes the stored access token so we can no longer read from it.

Delete a client, report, or lead

Inside the app, an agency can delete any individual client, report, or lead using the Delete button next to it. Deleting a client also deletes everything held against that client: its reports (and the comments and approvals on them), leads, scheduled reports, live dashboard conversation (questions, comments and narrative) and dashboard snapshots. Deleting a report also deletes the comments on it.

Delete your whole account and all data

To permanently delete your ClientDeck account and everything in it, email us at marketing@clientdeck.co.nz from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my ClientDeck data". We will:

1. Confirm the request with you.
2. Permanently delete your account and everything under it: team logins, clients, reports, leads, comments, schedules, saved voices and templates, connected account tokens and custom domains.
3. Confirm once it is done, within 30 days.

What we keep

Payment and invoice records are held by Stripe, our payment processor, and kept as tax and accounting rules require.

If you are an individual whose details were captured as a lead

If you submitted your details through a form and want them removed, email marketing@clientdeck.co.nz and tell us the business you enquired with. We will remove your lead record and, where relevant, ask that business to do the same.
