Terms of Service

Clientdeck, operated by Fusion Marketing. Last updated August 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and Fusion Marketing ("we", "us") for your use of Clientdeck, the reporting tool for marketing agencies at clientdeck.co.nz. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Clientdeck.

The service

Clientdeck connects to your marketing ad accounts, pulls the performance numbers, and uses AI to draft a branded client report that your client can read, comment on and approve. We may add, change or remove features over time as the product develops.

Your account

You must give accurate account details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed without your permission. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Clientdeck.

Connected accounts and your clients' data

When you connect an ad account (for example Meta), you confirm you are allowed to access that data and to use it in Clientdeck. As between us and you, you are the party responsible for your clients and their data. We act as your service provider and process that data on your behalf to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We pull the numbers only, not personal contact details, to draft reports.

AI generated reports

Clientdeck uses AI to write the words around your data. Every figure in a report comes from the connected ad account or the data you provide. The AI writes the narrative, it does not calculate or invent figures. You review and can edit any report before you publish or send it, and you are responsible for the reports you share with your clients. We do not guarantee the AI's wording is free of error, which is why every report is yours to check and change first.

Acceptable use

Do not use Clientdeck to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload data you are not allowed to use, to attempt to access other accounts or our systems without authorisation, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) at the price shown when you subscribe, in the currency stated on the pricing page. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan runs until the end of the paid period. Prices are exclusive of any taxes unless stated. Founding pricing, where offered, is described on the pricing page.

Intellectual property

We own Clientdeck, the software and its design. You own your own content: your brand, your data and the reports you produce. You give us the limited permission we need to host and display that content so the service works, including showing a report to the client you share it with.

Availability

We work to keep Clientdeck available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis and cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may carry out maintenance and occasionally features may be unavailable.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 2020 or Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Clientdeck and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice where we can. You can export your data before you leave.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let account holders know. Continuing to use Clientdeck after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
