How to get started with Clientdeck
Create your account, connect Meta, build a report and send it to your client to approve. Your free trial gives you seven reports across seven days, and you don't need a card to start.
1. Create your account
Go to the sign up page and enter your agency name, work email and a password. That starts your free trial: seven reports across seven days, and no card needed. Create your account
2. Connect Meta
Clientdeck takes you straight to a short setup screen. Choose Connect Meta, log in with the Meta account that can see your client's ads, and approve access. Not on Meta? Skip it and set things up your own way. You can also open a sample report first to see what a finished one looks like.
3. Confirm your first client
Clientdeck finds your ad account and pulls last month's numbers. Check the client name and choose their brand colour, which their report and private portal will wear. If your login can see more than one ad account, pick the one you want.
4. Build your first report
Choose Build my first report. Clientdeck writes a first draft from the numbers, usually in about a minute. Read it through and change any line you want to.
5. Send it for sign off
When you're happy, publish the report to your client's portal and send them the link, or email it from Clientdeck. They read it on your brand, comment if they like and approve in one tap. You get an email as soon as they do.
6. Add your next client
Go to Clients and choose Add client. Give them a name, a logo if you have one and their colour. Each client gets a private portal and a link you can share. They never need a login.
Next: connect Meta for every client
Your first client is already linked. Here is how to link the rest, and how to report on one campaign instead of the whole account. Connecting Meta ads
Then: build and edit a report
Pick a style, edit any line, add widgets and publish. Building and editing a report
